Alignerr is seeking Italian-speaking voice actors to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech. This remote, hourly contract role requires fluency in Italian and a passion for quality performance, with no AI background needed. Flexible, asynchronous schedule and independence are key benefits.

Ideal candidates have professional voice work experience and a ready recording setup. Experience with studio recording and DAW software is advantageous, and regional Italian accents

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian — native or near-native speaker with strong command of natural spoken Italian.
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work.
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment.
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity.

Voice Actor – Italian Speakers (AI Training)

• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, natural flow, and authentic delivery

Who You Are

• Fluent in Italian — native or near-native speaker with strong command of natural spoken Italian
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with studio recording, broadcast, or professional audio production
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Knowledge of regional Italian accents and dialectal variation
• Background in theatre, film, radio, or e-learning voice work
