YO AI Labs is seeking experienced U.S.-licensed Litigation Attorneys for a part-time, remote role supporting the development and evaluation of advanced legal AI systems. You will apply litigation strategy, research, and writing to realistic workflows and AI evaluations.

Ideal candidates will have strong legal writing and research skills, along with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and uphold high attention to detail in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school is required.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Current practice experience in litigation; related experience valued.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.

You will apply your expertise in litigation strategy, legal research, writing, issue spotting, and civil procedure to realistic legal workflows and AI evaluations.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, reasoning, and legal judgment.

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school; J.D. only.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Current practice experience in litigation; experience in corporate, real estate, bankruptcy, or compliance is also valued.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
