Rainbow Omega, Inc. is seeking a Vocational Trainer to supervise and guide adult trainees in daily vocational activities and hands-on work. You will build personal connections, assess goals and skills, and support independence within a faith-based setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient, and mission-driven service with collaboration to maintain a safe, positive Christian work environment and stable weekday hours.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• 1 year of experience with individuals with IDD preferred (education or training can count).
• Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and patience are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor adult trainees during daily vocational and hands-on work programs.
• Build real connections with trainees to understand their needs, goals, and skills.
• Guide individuals through task completion, teamwork, and behavioral goals to foster independence.
• Collaborate with the Vocational Director to maintain a safe, organized, Christian work environment.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Coach & Mentor: Supervise and assist adult trainees during daily vocational and hands-on work programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age & Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Credentials: Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Experience: 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred (educational coursework or specialized training can also be considered).
• Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and clean drug test.
