Job summary

Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) in Mauston, Wisconsin, seeks a Vocational Therapy Assistant - Job Coach to facilitate work, vocational, and treatment activities for clients. You will work directly with clients for at least 20 hours per week and help develop therapeutic work experiences.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, documenting procedures, supervising clients, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a secure setting or sheltered workshop (e.g., correctional or mental health facility).
• Experience coordinating or supervising clients in work/vocational programs or related activities.
• Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a diversified program providing patients with therapeutic work experiences.
• Complete required daily program documentation following established procedures.
• Develop and implement schedules for therapy department programming.
• Provide supervision for patients during their work experiences.
• Collaborate actively with other team members.
