Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience providing recreational activities in groups or individually, preferably with persons with mental illness.
• Ability to perform data entry and retrieve information in a computer terminal.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from activities and encourage participation.
• Set up and take down equipment for activities.
• Cover activities on weekends, holidays, or in the OTR's absence.
• Follow weekend calendar of events and coordinate with social workers.
• Maintain attendance records and chart progress.
