Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is seeking a Vocational Staff member to oversee the Work Experience Program, guiding students through real-world jobs while modeling faith, integrity, and resilience. You’ll help them build character and practical skills in a structured, caring environment.

You will lead and mentor teams, plan daily work, assign tasks, train teammates, and ensure safety, workflow, and quality control in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission.
• Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Paid Time Off (PTO).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a variety of jobs, and minister to students while doing so.
• Plan and manage daily work assigned for you and your team.
• Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development.
• Disciple and mentor students in a work environment.
• Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations.
• Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow.
• Train and lead your team assigned.
