Job summary

Teen Challenge USA in Kingsville, Texas is seeking a Vocational Staff member to oversee the Work Experience Program, combining leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.

You’re not just leading teams—you're helping rebuild lives through meaningful work and ministry, coordinating daily tasks, training staff, and maintaining safety and equipment in a faith-based recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission.
• Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• PTO eligibility.
