Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is seeking Junior Staff in San Antonio, TX to walk daily with women seeking freedom from addiction and to grow in their relationship with Christ. You will disciple students, lead Bible studies, pray with them, and speak into their lives, fostering a hands-on, relational ministry.

Qualifications

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity
• Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
• Heart for people struggling with addiction
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to complete Biblical Counseling training
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bible studies and times of prayer
• Lead the women at Work Crews & outreaches
• Disciple and mentor students daily
• Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability
• Assist with daily program operations and activities
• Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events
• Help maintain a structured, Christ-centered environment
