Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, seeks Workforce Specialists to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Saleeby Regional Center in Hartsville, SC.

In this role you will supervise Direct Support Professionals, guide care and training, ensure safety, and handle essential documentation while providing hands-on support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1 year of direct support experience; a bachelor’s degree may substitute.
• Knowledge of Therap and SCEIS Central for time and leave purposes.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work in an ICF-IID.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals in group settings.
• Provide and monitor active treatment and daily living skills.
• Complete assessments and document progress, payroll, and attendance.
