Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid AZ Driver’s License and meet Copa Health driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise departmental operations to meet contract, licensing, and HIPAA standards.
• Coordinate information and resolve challenges with integrity and clarity.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, clients, and community partners.
• Develop and implement member objectives and ensure coordination of duties.
• Document daily progress notes and reports; support staffing during shortages.
• Attend meetings and participate in internal/external committees.
