Job summary

Copa Health in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Full-Time Vocational Service Specialist to support Employment Related Services on-site and in community enclaves. You will coordinate daily crew activities and supervise staff, ensuring we meet quality and scheduling standards while documenting daily progress in Therap.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), a fingerprint clearance card or eligibility within eight weeks, and a valid AZ driver’s license. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligible within eight weeks of hire.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and contribute to the successful resolution of challenges.
• Communicate with integrity and honesty to all team members.
• Develop and implement member objectives/goals and adhere to normalization.
• Document daily progress notes and attendance; payroll sheets as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in committees; perform special projects.
