The Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, in collaboration with community partners, provides and advocates for resources and services to improve the employment, quality of life, security, and independence of older Virginians, Virginians with disabilities, and their families. The Policy, Legislative Affairs, and Analytics Division serves as an agency resource by providing research, analysis, and communication of information to guide effective planning and decision-making. The mission of the Analytics, Research and Program Evaluation unit is to provide valid, accurate, timely and innovative data analysis and interpretation to internal and external stakeholders allowing for informed decision making. We are seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Lead Program Evaluator to provide data analysis for decision making within the vocational rehabilitation program. This position is responsible for oversight of the Consumer Satisfaction Survey process and reports. This position consults with agency staff and other agencies/entities on statistical, mathematical and research methodologies. The position also provides support to grants awarded to the vocational rehabilitation program.
Completes duties and/or projects as needed or directed by supervisor.
