Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Vocational Program Manager to lead development and coordination of vocational and transition services for Bradley Schools, under the direction of the Clinical Director.

The role partners with school teams, adult services agencies, and community organizations to expand opportunities, supervise staff, and implement data-driven processes that improve outcomes for transition-age students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, special education or related human service field.
• Prefer candidates with 3+ years of experience in vocational and transition programs.
• Experience supervising staff working with transition age students.

Responsibilities

• Expand vocational services and coordinate transition programs across Bradley Schools.
• Collaborate with adult services agencies to broaden transition options.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses for vocational opportunities.
• Provide supervision and training to staff supporting transition age students.
