DESCRIPTION: Southeast Regional is seeking a vocational paraprofessional with experience in the following industries only:
The vocational paraprofessional works with the shop teacher to ensure all students succeed in the program. Paraprofessionals provide additional support, help the shop teacher maintain a safe learning environment, and tailor activities to meet students' individual needs. In addition, they must have a genuine passion for working with a diverse student population to help all students succeed. Vocational paraprofessionals may be asked to cover multiple areas throughout the day.

OUR STUDENTS: Southeast is a diverse, multicultural vocational technical high school that serves over 1,600 students from the City of Brockton and eight surrounding towns. Our students balance the rigors of a comprehensive academic course of study with technical skills training across more than 20 career majors. Upon graduation, our students are prepared for college, career, or additional technical training.
COMPENSATION: Paraprofessionals are school-year employees and are paid in 21 equal installments from September to June, or from the initial start date to the end date.
