Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking a Vocational Evaluator responsible for conducting comprehensive Individual Vocational Assessments for participants in vocational rehabilitation services. Your role will include managing caseloads, interviewing participants, assessing their vocational abilities, and developing employment plans.

We offer competitive compensation between $23.08 and $25.00 per hour, as well as a collaborative work environment. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in vocational assessment, with bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in vocational rehabilitation or a related field.
  • Prior experience in vocational assessment preferred.
  • Knowledge of vocational systems and valid testing procedures required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage caseload for vocational evaluation and employment planning services.
  • Interview participants for their employment history.
  • Assess vocational interests and abilities through testing.
  • Develop employment plans based on assessments.
  • Document participant services in information systems.
