Job summary

Orono High School Theatre in the United States is seeking a Vocal Director for the fall musical Cinderella. Rehearsals are usually 3pm to 6pm on weekdays during September and October, with potential flexibility on specific dates, and dress rehearsals in November.

The Vocal Director will lead vocal rehearsals, guide students through learning the vocal music, teach and reinforce vocal technique, and review material to polish performances.

Qualifications

• Experience directing vocal performances.
• Ability to pass a background check and transportation to rehearsals.
• Comfort working with students in a school setting.

Applicant must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check to work in schools with students. This is a single production contract with possible future opportunities.
