Job summary

CCS Global Tech in Detroit is seeking an onsite technical professional to support implementation and ongoing administration of the Authority's Security Surveillance Platform (Genetec VMS, AXIS Camera Solution, and related infrastructure).

You will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Genetec and AXIS components, collaborate with IT on servers and network security, and provide user training and documentation for multiple departments.

Qualifications

• B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• High School Diploma with at least 4 years of enterprise infra experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administrate (configure, update, maintain, and troubleshoot) the Genetec Video Management System application.
• Manage system architecture including Directory, Archiver, Media Gateway, and failover components.
• Monitor system health, performance, and storage utilization.
• Administrate (configure, update, maintain, and troubleshoot) the AXIS camera solution.
• Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting for the VMS infrastructure components.
• Provide technical assistance and expertise for security surveillance projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams on servers, networking, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide VMS system training for various departments and Airport entities.
• Write and maintain related technical documents.
• Maintain user roles, permissions, and audit tracking.
