Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a VMI Specialist to manage onsite customer agreements and VMI deliverables in Carrollton, TX. The role focuses on optimizing profitability, maintaining stock levels, and building strong relationships with the sales team and customers.

You will monitor inventory, execute agreements, train new hires, and assist with quotes while aiming to maximize customer value and service delivery. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, procurement, or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Associate’s Degree - Preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster relationships with sales and customers.
• Execute vendor managed inventory requirements to maximize profitability.
• Monitor inventory usage and place re-orders per reorder points.
• Scan and replenish customer stock; assist with inventory movement and records.
• Train new hires on VMI processes.
• Conduct on-site assessments and other on-site services as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Assist with VMI proposals and quotes.
