• Build strong customer relationships as the primary VMI contact.

• Work with the Sales Team to identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Support customer retention by delivering reliable service.
• Participate in customer reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in a clean, safe condition.
• Assist teammates with account coverage and cross-training.
• Meet service expectations and contribute to branch and sales goals.
