Job summary

Value Added Distributors in De Pere, WI is seeking a Full-time Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist - Driver to ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory levels across customer locations.

You will analyze data to forecast needs, generate replenishment orders, and work with internal teams and sales reps to exceed customer expectations. A Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm schedule with occasional overtime and travel is included.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of experience driving in all weather conditions.
• Ability to drive to customer locations (up to 1.5 hours one-way).
• Valid driver's license (Class D Non-CDL) with clean driving record.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely with proper technique.
• Ability to wear PPE, stand/sit for extended periods, and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-time order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Analyze data to forecast inventory needs and generate replenishment orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to sales teams.
• Perform product receiving, shelving, pulling, and delivery in warehouse.
• Communicate with customers and branch managers to maintain stock levels.
• Cross-train in other areas and participate in training.
