Job summary

T3i, Inc. seeks a C2 Operations SME to support the EWRC2 program by embedding with government end users and ensuring optimum use of the COP across multiple domains.

You will train on the EWRC2 platform, work with senior Government leaders, and help translate capabilities into mission-focused workflows. Responsibilities include on-site support, feedback capture, and collaboration with prime contractor teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15 years operational experience in military environments
• Significant operational experience in joint or service-component C2 environments
• Demonstrated ability to brief senior leaders under pressure
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor in a government environment
• Active U.S. Government TS security clearance with SCI eligibility at start

Responsibilities

• Complete certification training on the EWRC2 system and maintain credentials
• Provide on-site, real-time support to government end users
• Translate system capabilities into mission-relevant workflows
• Capture and relay user feedback to drive refinements
• Adapt to continuous-delivery releases and maintain operational continuity
• Deliver executive-ready written and verbal products
