Job summary

Cervello Global Corporation in Suffolk, VA, seeks a Senior Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the CIAV Team. This role provides mission-based analysis and operational support to improve interoperability, effectiveness, and mission performance across joint military operations.

Requirements include a minimum of 15 years in military operations, TS clearance with eligibility for CUI, and proven ability to communicate in writing and orally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience supporting military operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience with planning, coordination, and execution of military operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of military operations-related tasks, with analysis and expertise.
• Develops and delivers detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visuals, and briefings.
• Conducts testing activities as required.
• Reports task progress to Senior Program Management Analyst and government lead.
• Performs internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
• Supports sustainment efforts to ensure quality, efficiency and productivity.
