Vivmark Residential is hosting a Maintenance Technician hiring event at Ayla Stonebriar Apartments, 3030 Ohio Dr., Frisco, TX 75035. Walk-ins welcome on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

Successful candidates will join a team focused on responsive resident services and hands-on maintenance across multiple communities. We seek tech-savvy individuals with a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to perform

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic maintenance issues and perform interior repairs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Ensure market-ready apartments and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; report concerns.
• Travel between assigned communities may be required.
• Be available for on-call emergencies and weekend shifts when needed.

We will be interviewing for the following positions at multiple locations:

Maintenance Technician ($22.73 - $27.78/hr)

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

Maintenance Technician:

As a Maintenance Technician, your day-to-day will involve addressing resident service requests, performing diverse hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensuring market-ready apartments. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance and maintain the grounds and common areas, reporting any concerns. Travel between assigned communities may be required

What You'll Need To Thrive:

• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during their workday and/or as part of their role.
• Maintenance Technician: Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and perform interior repairs and painting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills; Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposes.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends. Shifts may change according to business needs. Must be able to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and on weekends when assigned on-call responsibilities. A telephone number where you can be reached after-hours must be provided to your manager.
• Ability to perform numerous physical activities that require considerable use of your hands, arms and legs and moving your whole body, including prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, sweeping, stooping, kneeling,shoveling, crouching, lifting and handling of materials. Frequent lifting,grasping and carrying materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Service team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job. The device must have updated software and must be password-protected and compliant with in-house security systems and operations software.
