Qualifications

• Must-Have: BS/BA with 5–7 years experience OR MA/MBA/MS with 3–6 years experience OR PhD with <2 years experience.
• LATG certification required; Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assure care and welfare of laboratory animals per local regulations and AAALAC guidelines.
• Manage and engage animal care and technical staff to ensure flawless animal care and welfare.
• Support centralized CM training programs for staff and investigators.
• Oversight of occupational health and safety related to animal care activities.
• Promote 3Rs in animal care and scientific projects; interface with research community to provide specialized services.
• Collect metrics and support resource planning; collaborate with CM colleagues to standardize operations.
