Job summary

Salt Lake Retina, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, seeks a vitreoretinal surgeon to join a high-volume retina practice located in Utah. The incoming physician will step into an established patient base with strong volume for injections and complex retinal surgeries.

Position offers a guaranteed base plus productivity incentives and a clear pathway to partnership, with comprehensive benefits and CME support to sustain excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist (MD/DO).
• Fellowship-trained in vitreoretinal surgery.
• Active UT medical license or ability to obtain.
• Strong intravitreal injection and retinal surgery experience.
• Collaborative, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive vitreoretinal care with injections and surgeries.
• Collaborate with referring ophthalmologists and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide exceptional patient care and outcomes in a high-volume practice.
