Job summary

Salt Lake Retina, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, seeks a Retina Surgeon to join a high-volume practice with an established patient population in Utah. You will build on existing retina volume from day one and have support from a dedicated retina-trained team.

This full-time opportunity offers a guaranteed base with productivity incentives, a clear pathway to partnership, comprehensive benefits, and a $100,000 signing bonus to facilitate a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist with retinal subspecialty.
• UT medical license or ability to obtain.
• Excellent injection and micro-surgical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume retina care including injections and surgeries.
• Join established patient population and contribute to growth.
• Collaborate with referring ophthalmologists and optometrists.

The incoming retina specialist will step directly into an established patient population and meaningful existing retina volume - without having to build a practice from scratch.
