Job summary

Salt Lake Retina in Utah, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, is seeking a Retina Specialist to join an established retina-only team. The incoming physician will step into an existing patient population with strong volume and a clear path to partnership.

The role is Full-Time, with a guaranteed base salary, productivity incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice and CME support. Location includes West Jordan, West Valley City and Tooele as part of the Salt Lake City

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist (MD/DO)
• Fellowship-trained in vitreoretinal surgery
• Active UT medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong intravitreal injection and retinal surgery experience
• Collaborative, patient-focused approach to care

This is a rare, high-volume opportunity created by planned physician transitions. The incoming retina specialist will step directly into an established patient population and meaningful existing retina volume - without having to build a practice from scratch.
