Job summary

VITAS Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a sales professional to build trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders, and referral sources while guiding conversations about hospice care.

You’ll cover local territories, travel to physician offices, hospitals, and care facilities, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a mission-driven environment focused on patient comfort and family support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience or in healthcare services preferred.
• Participated in competitive team environment with accountability and teamwork.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving with real examples.
• Past military service a plus.
• Experience with volunteer organization a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred but, not required
• Evidence of achieving sales goals within the market and/or demonstrates track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals
• Strong customer service, sense of urgency and problem solving skills
• Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and successful application of a need satisfaction selling process
• Ability to manage a territory, to conduct sales calls and to generate sales by building long term business partnerships
• Strong interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Other acceptable licenses include RN, LPN/LVN, or Social Work (SW)
