Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Clerk to deliver outstanding customer service in the Vitamin Department. You will educate customers on supplements, maintain displays, and price merchandise while guiding shoppers to product locations.

You’ll participate in events and seminars, support a fast-paced environment, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive attitude within Sprouts culture.
• Have a positive attitude and strong customer interactions.
• Good communication skills; willingness to take direction and work in a team.
• Willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Physically able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and move carts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service in the Vitamin Department.
• Create and maintain department displays and price merchandise accurately.
• Answer questions and educate customers on supplements and vitamins.
• Share knowledge of weekly ads and guide customers to product locations.
• Support events and seminars and assist with calendar activities.
