Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Portside at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role focuses on upkeep of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and facilities to ensure resident safety and comfort.

You will respond to service requests, supervise contractors, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain records. A strong mechanical aptitude and customer-friendly attitude are essential for contributing to a safe, clean community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC, and repair of minor equipment.
• Ability to read and write in English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintains electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities and grounds, and parking areas.
• Responds to service requests from residents, associates and management.
• Monitors external contractors for quality and compliance with contracts and warranties.
• Keeps accurate records of equipment and repairs.
• Performs preventive maintenance and energy conservation activities.
