Premier Health Partners’ Upper Valley Medical Center in Ohio seeks a Security Dispatcher to manage dispatching security calls, log sheets, and the card access system, while assisting patients, visitors, and staff with directions and information.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, LEADS and CCH certifications within 30 days, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment. Matrix access controls parking and entrances, supporting campus safety.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School completion or GED.
• Must pass LEADS and CCH certification within 30 days of employment and maintain certification.
• Previous dispatcher experience in law enforcement is desirable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch Security calls and complete dispatch log sheets.
• Assist patients, visitors and staff with directions and information by phone and in person.
• Control parking and building entrances using the Matrix card access system.
