Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area): $120,120 to $228,000California (All Other): $110,040 to $209,040Colorado: $100,080 to $190,080Massachusetts/ Virginia: $100,080 to $209,040New York City: $120,120 to $228,000Washington: $110,040 to $209,040Washington DC: $110,040 to $209,040This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
