Bloomingdale's Visual Stylist position is vital to daily store operations, delivering the mission of a unique shopping experience. You will craft visual presentations, arrange mannequins, and communicate current trends to customers on the floor.

The role requires speed, attention to detail, and teamwork to support the store team and drive an engaging customer journey. Flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all customers while on the selling floor.
• Ensure presence of Fashion Leadership through understanding trend messaging.
• Collaborate with visual and merchandising teams in workload completion.
• Update and maintain a large volume of mannequin and visual presentations upholding the Bloomingdale's Brand.
