Job summary

Bloomingdale's seeks a Visual Merchandising Supervisor to lead a diverse team in creating compelling in-store presentations that reflect current trends and campaigns. You will balance creativity with commerce, driving front-of-house planning and ensuring consistent visual standards across the store.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to translate marketing campaigns into actionable merchandising and display plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Resourceful self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Empower visual and merchandising team to ensure aligned execution of all merchandise strategies, standards presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Cultivate a strong business partnership with store leadership team and trade area partners.
• Be a visible and responsive collaborator throughout the store.
• Embrace and be proficient with technology.
• Participate in other support functions and/or assist the in-store customer as needed.
