Position Summary

This position’s primary responsibility is to accessorize the showroom, create a realistic visual experience for guests, and showcase vignette-style rooms across assigned categories on the store’s showroom floor. The goal is to create a showroom that delights guests and aligns with the Living Spaces brand.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Complete all new hire and ongoing training modules effectively, demonstrating understanding and execution.
• Complete vendor/product training as required.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of the store to ensure readiness and address any issues.
• Collaborate with Brand Team members, labeling, and CPU/Floor Prep teams to ensure the showroom meets brand guidelines.
• Arrange products with proper placement and accessorizing to create an appealing display.
• Create a realistic living experience for guests.
• Ensure all accessories and furniture are properly placed according to SOP.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and binning processes for furniture and accessories.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and participate in ongoing learning.
• Support the store team to delight guests and meet revenue targets.
• Prepare the store for “Grand Opening” by completing daily tasks and style guides.
• Work weekends and most holidays as needed.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, with 1-2 years in a fast-paced, guest-facing retail environment. Equivalent education and experience considered.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.

Position Hiring Range: $15.25 - $19.83, based on experience, education, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, FSA, and Employee Assistance Program.

Additional Information: This is an entry-level, full-time position in the Marketing and Sales function within the Furniture and Home Furnishings industry. Candidates should be able to work in a team environment, supporting store readiness and guest experience.
