Job summary

Netflix Tudum Publishing seeks a highly creative Photo/AV Curation Specialist to shape visual storytelling across Tudum platforms. You will curate, edit, and place photography and video, ensuring engaging, on-brand visuals that connect audiences with Netflix titles.

You’ll drive AI-assisted workflows, source assets, and manage rights, working with a fast-paced, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality work at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with multimedia formats and storytelling in editorial or product space.
• Proven track record of integrating AI-driven efficiency tools into digital publishing pipelines.
• Experience with stock banks, databases, and agencies for asset needs.
• Experience with digital asset management systems and CMS.
• Experience creating pages for digital platforms with strong visual design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Research & Audience Consideration to develop informed visual storytelling approaches for Tudum.com and extensions.
• Collaborate with design, photo, video, and editorial teams to create immersive storytelling experiences.
• Communicate project goals clearly with cross-functional partners including engineering and experience design teams.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to streamline production and improve efficiency at scale.
• Oversee rollout of visual assets from project greenlight through awards season on Tudum and Queue.
• Lead visuals research across internal and external asset banks; curate assets.
• Secure rights/permissions for images, artwork, and video for editorial output.
• Oversee external vendors and freelancers to meet publishing quality standards.
• Supervise post-production: refine clips, perform retouching, and manage feedback rounds.
• Partner to enhance tooling and product features in the visual workflow.
