This role serves as the visual engine behind the Guarantee brand, producing experiences across digital, print, environmental, and experiential channels to educate, engage, and inspire audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or photography.
• Strong portfolio in graphic design, photography, videography illustrating visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, and video production tools.
• Ability to plan and execute photography and video shoots from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling through photography, videography, and drone content.
• Capture employees, projects, events, and leadership content across markets.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver video content for recruiting, showcases, and communications.
• Maintain photography, video, drone, and production equipment and assets library.
• Coordinate with project teams to secure filming permissions and access.
• Design digital assets: social content, website graphics, ads, emails, templates, and campaigns.
• Design print assets: brochures, flyers, project sheets, signage, collateral.
• Develop and maintain design systems and brand consistency across channels.
