Ashley Furniture in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft engaging store displays, coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting and accessories, and refresh product setups to drive sales.
You will work under Visual Leadership, maintain store appearance, manage signage, lighting, and seasonal transitions, and mentor staff on merchandising basics.
This role requires 2 years of retail visual merchandising experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexible hours including weekends.

Working under the guidance of Visual Leadership, the visual will use their creative skills to design and present merchandise in a way that enhances the overall shopping experience for our guests. By implementing innovative merchandising strategies, the Visual team contributes to creating a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience that helps to attract and retain customers.

Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $21.00-$24.00.
