Job summary

QVC Group in Dallas is seeking a Visual Sales Lead to create an inspiring shopping experience and promote the Frontgate brand. You will lead store teams to deliver standout guest service and ensure brand standards across floor sets.

The role reports to the General Manager and is onsite at our Dallas, TX location, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and mentor staff, while ensuring safety and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply company visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window displays, and inventory replenishment to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness.
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team.
