QVC Group, Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Manager of Operations for our Frontgate location. You will lead daily operational activities, promote the Frontgate brand, and ensure your team upholds brand values, standards, and guest experience.

This onsite role requires 3+ years in shipping and receiving management, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will manage schedules, inventory, and banking, while coaching staff to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping and receiving management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and move medium to large items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, inventory management, backroom organization and store maintenance.
• Manage merchandise flow including inspecting and receiving new merchandise and data entry into inventory system.
• Coach and supervise associates, provide feedback on performance.
• Ensure back areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.
