Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in quality in a manufacturing environment, glass preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and process improvement.
• Proficient data entry into ERP systems.
• MS Word and Excel skills for creating reports.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all quality control procedures and policies.
• Provide hands-on quality support and guidance to staff.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and expectations.
• Complete quality checks and support reporting in Excel.
• Enter data into ERP and assist with reports.
• Investigate root causes and corrective actions for customer complaints.
• Coordinate and participate in rework activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives plant-wide.
