Monks is seeking a Medior QA Tester to review and test banners, images, videos, and other visual assets, ensuring top-quality releases. You will collaborate with designers to maintain asset quality, create test cases, and report bugs promptly while working with QA leads and clients as needed.

The role emphasizes responsibility, autonomy, and effective communication in a fast-paced marketing technology environment, supporting Monks.Flow and related campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience testing visual assets across images, videos, banners, and emails.
• Ability to create basic testing strategies and test cases.
• Strong sense of responsibility; able to work autonomously and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and test banners, images, videos, and other visual assets as needed, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design team to ensure quality of visual assets
• Create and maintain test cases or checklists for visual testing
• Identify bugs on a product that occur during testing
• Use a bug tracking tool to report identified bugs
• Triage: evaluate and prioritize bugs based on their severity and impact
• Communicate issues with stakeholders
• Retest and verify that bugs are fixed
