Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Image Quality & Post-Production to drive image QA across ecommerce, marketing, editorial, social, and brand content.

You will coordinate asset flow through post-production, manage routing and delivery, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. You will balance visual quality with workflow efficiency, maintain metadata standards, and contribute to SOPs while supporting AI-driven QA enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of post-production, image QA, or related experience in fashion/retail/editorial.
• Strong understanding of image composition, color, and retouching standards.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Capture One, and DAM systems.
• Experience coordinating assets and communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools in image QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• QA marketing/editor imagery for visual consistency, color accuracy, and retouching quality.
• Coordinate daily movement of assets through post-production and DAM systems.
• Collaborate with creative teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage asset routing, naming, tagging, and archival in line with taxonomy.
• Report workflow risks and drive process improvements across brands.
