Job summary

Monks is seeking a detail‑oriented QA professional to ensure the visual quality and functional integrity of AI‑generated social media videos and assets. You will collaborate across design, content, and development, acting as final checkpoint before public release.

Beyond meticulous review of pacing, lip-sync, and branding, you’ll document QA trends, provide actionable feedback, and help optimize our asset workflows in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on QA experience with digital assets, especially video.
• Strong eye for video pacing, motion, audio-visual sync and design layout.
• Experience with Frame.io, Premiere Pro, After Effects; proficient in Figma for static design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own QA across projects, formulate baseline testing strategies for social media content.
• Review AI-generated videos, animations, edits, and static designs for visual consistency and branding.
• Document QA findings, provide constructive feedback to creative/prompt‑engineering teams, and track issues in Jira.
