Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, and own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and the maintenance of all store signage while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, complete planogram resets, and help uphold visual standards and safe working conditions across shifts.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior retail and/or merchandising experience.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Complete store price changes in a timely manner.
