Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

The role involves completing store layout initiatives, attending to planogram integrity, and ensuring a safe, productive environment. Prior retail experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
