Job summary

Puig is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Visual Merchandising & Store Planning in New York. You will support execution of retail design, visual merchandising initiatives, and multi-brand projects, coordinating with Directors, global teams, vendors, and field partners to ensure brand standards and market readiness.

The role emphasizes organization, hands-on collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail design, visual merchandising, project coordination or related field.
• Ability to read architectural drawings; CAD experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project trackers, schedules, installation calendars, action logs, and status reports across brands.
• Track milestones, deliverables, approvals, and actions, following up with stakeholders.
• Organize design files, meeting notes, approvals, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document actions, and follow deadlines.
• Support store openings, renovations, seasonal rollouts, and installations by coordinating schedules and materials.
