Job summary

Puig is seeking a Project Manager for Store Planning & Visual Merchandising to lead end-to-end retail design and VM initiatives. You will work across a multi-brand portfolio including Niche brands and Dr. Barbara Sturm, translating creative vision into operational excellence.

You will collaborate with creative, construction, vendors, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding brand standards. The role demands strong PM discipline and retail environment insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail store design, visual merchandising, or project management.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and mark them up.
• Proficiency in CAD and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple store planning and visual merchandising projects across all phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones and risks.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate installation schedules for openings and seasonal launches.
• Conduct site visits and oversee installations, supporting post-opening issues.
