Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to maintain store signage, pricing and displays so customers can easily find products. You will create appealing displays that are safe and accessible, with limited customer interaction and opportunities to assist shoppers when needed.

The role emphasizes accurate planograms, timely merchandising, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team to meet Lowe's standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic and reading/writing skills.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Ability to use web-based programs for tasks.
• Capability to sit and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepped and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information in-store.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
