Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate for our Miami location. You will apply brand standards and corporate visual guidelines to enhance store presentations, adapting direction to store needs for optimal sales impact.

You will lead displays, signage and lighting, while collaborating with management to implement seasonal initiatives and monitor replenishment. A one-year retail merchandising background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail visual merchandising or display
• Ability to create compelling displays following brand standards
• Strong eye for detail and creative styling

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the floor with correct signage
• Prepare and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and visual initiatives
• Monitor sell-through and replenishment using sales reports
• Create brand-appropriate displays to drive sales and react to business needs
• Follow styling directives to showcase on-trend displays
• Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise per company standards
• Provide product and brand knowledge to staff and customers
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues
• Support team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Assist with special projects as assigned
